I just repaced the plugs, fuel filter, and ran a bottle of bg44k through the gas tank and about weeks after i did all that this code pops up. Ive replaced coil pack and plugs and wires also oil and fuel filters. I did some research on line and so far this can be the cause. Faulty Spark Plugs, Faulty Spark Plug Wires, Coil Pack, Fuel Injector. I took the MSD coil off and put the stock coil back on.
Re-soldered all the connections and wrapped them proper. I had her take it to Autozone to have the codes pulled. It was extremely cold in our area (probably around 15F this morning, with the garage aound 30F).
Has been fantastic so far. Had a misfire code pop up and along with cam e the rough idling and the feel of lost power slipping while driving. Replaced wires and plugs first, then the coil. Seemed OK at first, but the code has come back. You did all that for a miss fire in number three?
