Best Answer: When my speedometer quit woking on my Tahoe, this is what I di I went to ebay and send my whole instrument cluster to a guy in Minnesota, he replaced all the stuff that needed to be done. Car runs without instrument cluster fine, and he sent it back the day he got it and works great. Originally had the 4r55e, but I swapped in a M5R1.


He replaced the VSS and I unplugged it and checked it out.
