My turn signal lever broke off and I can only use the wiper with the washer function. It has the wipers and cruise control functions on it.
I hit it with my knee and it broke clean off.
I guess the metal piece on the inside has to turn for the wipers to work. I thought maybe crazy glue but thought I would toss it out to you guys first. YJ that I am thinking of buying has the following issue.
Turn signal lever , switch , arm whatever you want to call it (which also includes the wiper function) has cracked off and is missing. Best Answer: Pull the steering wheel and any covers behind it. It maybe one screw holding the lever ,or you might have to replace the entire turn signal switch.
Hi all, So my turn signal lever is broken , and after turning on my turn signal in either direction and making a left of right turn , it does not return to the off position automatically as before. You normally have to pull the steering wheel off to get to the turn signal switch. You will also need to remove the lock plate and the horn button assembly to get to the turn signal switch assembly.
